You'll learn how not to be afraid of your feelings and feel ready to face anything that life throws you.

A Kiloby Inquiries Session is guided by a Certified KI Facilitator.

  • Firstly, you'll meet me via Zoom and decide on the intention or focus for your session.

  • Next, you will be guided through a short practice of basic mindfulness.

  • Then, you will be shown how to use the Kiloby Inquiries to release your negative self talk and maintain great mental health.
