A Kiloby Inquiries Session shows you step-by-step, what to do with negative beliefs so you can let them go for good.
You'll learn how not to be afraid of your feelings and feel ready to face anything that life throws you.
A Kiloby Inquiries Session is guided by a Certified KI Facilitator.
Firstly, you'll meet me via Zoom and decide on the intention or focus for your session.
Next, you will be guided through a short practice of basic mindfulness.
Then, you will be shown how to use the Kiloby Inquiries to release your negative self talk and maintain great mental health.
The Kiloby Inquiries are a set of advanced mindfulness or self-inquiry tools that are changing people's lives all around the world. Supported by the latest neuroscience, a body-based or somatic-based approach to mental health is becoming the answer for many.

Amanda Goodfellow is also the founder of Agile Mind and facilitator of corporate programs, classes and retreats. She holds a Certificate in Meditation Teaching from Lifeflow Meditation Centre, and from the Australian Centre for Meditation and Mindfulness (ACMM) as well as post-graduate qualifications in Management.
Ash Rav is also an Embodied Processing Practitioner and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner-in-training offering a supportive, gentle and compassionate environment with an effective mix of mindfulness techniques, somatic tools, nervous system tracking and regulation methods for greater ease, hope, self-trust and resilience.
Angela is also an Embodied Processing Practitioner, teaches Qigong and weaves nervous system regulation into sessions to help you deal with overwhelm and to increase your capacity for healing and trust in your own innate inner wisdom. The causes of pain and suffering often dissolve in a session, revealing the peace, that is deeper than your thoughts.
You will also receive the short course 'Introduction to the Kiloby Inquiries', valued at $29. This will show you the key concepts in the Kiloby Inquiries which will help you get the most out of your session.
