My BodyMIND Staff Wellbeing Online Course
Learn how to process your thoughts and feelings so you can prevent and ease anxiety, depression and overwhelm.
A three-step guide to resilience, this course gives you the direct tools to process and let go of your big thoughts and feelings.
Deep down you might feel like you're...
'Not good enough.'
'Not worth it.'
'A bad parent.'
No one showed us how to process our thoughts and feelings.
We were taught to stop crying, push our feelings down, look on the bright side and soldier on...
(Mental health crisis anyone??!)
The exciting thing is now we have the neuroscience to understand anxiety and depression and the somatic steps to process what's coming up.
Say goodbye to stress, exhaustion and all the 'coping' strategies you've been using just to stay afloat.
Wake up feeling relaxed in who you are, happy to be around others and good about your life.
If we haven't met, I'm Bronte Spicer. I had depression from the age of 14 for twenty-two years. In the mornings, I would be filled with dread that I had to face another day. One of my lowest moments was sitting on my bed, staring at my jam-packed basket of washing, willing myself to put a load of washing on. It seemed like an insurmountable task. Crippled by deep-seated self-loathing believing I was stupid, a loser, bad, not good enough and a hopeless case that nobody could fix, it was the tools I teach in this course that walked me out of depression and into knowing how to process every negative thought or overwhelming feeling that comes my way.
With this course you will know the practical steps to resolve any problem you have in your life.
In the course you will receive:
Four easy-to-digest modules with videos, audio guides and visual resources giving you the latest neuroscience and three simple steps to process your thoughts and feelings.
After decades of countless appointments with psychologists which only seemed to reinforce my belief that there was something wrong with me, I have found these tools more effective and helpful than any other methods.
The results have been truly life changing, I use the tools daily. It is easy and accessible and my mental health and overall wellbeing continually improves because of it.
This has given me the skills and courage to welcome in all of my feelings - even the painful and scary ones. This has and will continue to change my life for the better.
I am calmer about challenging situations knowing these tools.
