If we haven't met, I'm Bronte Spicer. I have had many battles with mental health throughout my life. Last year, I felt so depressed that I thought I didn't belong in this world anymore. But the one simple act of sitting with my thoughts and feelings is the one thing that helps me through the dark times to find the good again, to feel more comfortable in my skin and to connect with the magic that life brings again.

As a somatic practitioner for six years, I have been helping people from all over the world to learn how to integrate, feel and digest their mental and emotional pain through 1:1 sessions, courses, books, a podcast, courses, workshops and retreats. As a spiritual healer for 20 years, I have been guiding people to realise the pure potential inside of them (beyond their small self) so they can bring their big vision into fruition.
