Somatic healing divine feminine mysteries

While I was travelling around Australia, I could feel an immense energy wanting to come through me. On one hand it felt new and exciting; I had intuited this energy was named the Ana Blue Ray. But on the other hand, this energy felt too big, like something I couldn’t handle. It was too bright, too light, too intense, too powerful, so my natural response was to shut it down.

I could feel I was experiencing a huge internal, energetic cleanse, from swimming at the most incredible beaches, in waterholes and creeks, under sun-sparkling waterfalls, draped in green foliage hanging from ancient rock My energy field was washing away old attachments to drama, belief systems and trauma responses like self-abandonment and people pleasing. My awareness was elevating and I was beginning to understand what divine sovereignty felt like; to stand alone, knowing my own light inside, no longer relying on relationships with people outside of myself to fill me with love, but to know I am infinitely resourced with pure divinity from within.

This spiritual awareness leapt me further into untapped intuitive potential as I devoted myself to a very simple, daily practice, Rose Heart Breathing (we practice this each week in the Temple of the Rose). Smooth, soft, slow, gradual, tender breaths into the heart, and feeling, seeing or sensing the heart unfurling like a rose. As the old layers were wiped away, I realised how much I had been stuck in the imbalanced masculine for a long time, trying to force things to happen in my work and life.

I noticed that each time I breathed gently into my heart, miracles happened. New people to work with sprung from seemingly nowhere and I witnessed the most vivid and potent spiritual experiences, including feeling the Council of Nine visiting me, seeing my higher self as a large golden moving statue, meditating, levitating above me and being taken to the stars with Star Woman to have her activate my third eye chakra and help me know in my bones that I am one with all things.

But even with the Rose Heart Breathing, I couldn’t help but keep resisting the Ana Blue Ray. It didn’t feel safe to open up to this extreme energy. It felt far too powerful. I feared, “What if it’s bad energy masking as good?” I recalled times in my life when I had opened up to energies that felt good but turned out being toxic and later being removed by a fellow spiritual healer. No matter how much I willed myself to stay open to receive, my default protective programming side-stepped the Ana Blue Ray. The energy felt good and I knew I could trust it but my nervous system kept saying no. My past conditioning simply wouldn’t allow the energy to come in. I couldn’t keep myself open to receive this extraordinary light.

Then came the somatic healing divine feminine mysteries. I remembered to breathe with my rose heart, patiently wait in the silence of no-thing and Mother Mary and Mary Magdalene showed me how to let this light in. When my protective responses firmly said, ‘No’ to the bigness of this profound energy, my heart would say ‘Yes.’ I opened to the contrast, these simultaneous energies ran through the rivers of my body, and the Ana Blue Ray made its way inside of me.

The Ana Blue Ray felt like a Godsend, because it was. It was the highest light I had experienced, a higher consciousness, refined with immense purity, a precious light that felt so good inside me, nothing else could compete! I drank it in as it filled my head, lit up my brain, washed down my arms, spread across my chest and abdomen, ran down my legs, poured into my feet, until my entire body was filled with Ana Blue Ray, light.

Why now, could I let in this light? Big, powerful energies knocking at my door was not new for me; I had the same trouble, terrified of opening up to the power of my book and a deck of healing cards I’ve been called to create. Not only was I experiencing a magical blend of divine timing, a lightbody cleanse, space away from my daily routine and time off social media, I had mastered somatic healing divine feminine mysteries. Not pushing, nor forcing, but gently facing the enormity of the divine light within me, with a somatic YES. Feeling how it feels to feel the yes in my body. It was a moment of profound healing for me, to feel the powerful intensity of feeling good inside, from my own divine nature and divinity itself.

The somatic healing divine feminine mysteries brought extraordinary gifts to my life. They helped me finally access my divine power I always knew I had. It prepared my heart to open to Christ consciousness codes of light (this will have to wait for another blog!). It helped me understand my higher purpose, my part to play in this coming Golden Age. And it led me to my unchartered potential as a light seer, spiritual healing guide, wisdom keeper and keeper of keys in the Temple of the Rose.
